How to complain about a disability service in Ireland

The HSE provides a range of services for people with intellectual, physical and sensory disabilities. These services include basic health services (Public Health Nursing, Home Helps, Personal Assistance, Psychological Services, Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Social Work Services, Physiotherapy), as well as specialist assessment, rehabilitation, income maintenance, day care, respite care and residential care.

Some services are provided directly by the HSE. Many of the community, residential and rehabilitative training services are provided by voluntary organisations on behalf of the HSE.
