Complain directly to the dentist

If  you have been seen by a dentist as a private patient, you should make your complaint directly to the dentist or dental surgery first. Dentists are expected to have a complaints procedure on public display in their surgery.

The Dental Council is the regulator for the dental profession in Ireland.
